Ritz-Carlton Reserve Papagayo - Banco BCT

The Hotel Reserva Nekajui, to be built in the Papagayo Gulf Tourism Pole, will be operated by Ritz-Carlton. It is a hotel development with capacity for 224 rooms, distributed across:

• A 4-story main building.
• 20 auxiliary buildings.
• 36 residential villas.

It features amenities (spa, gym, therapy rooms, relaxation areas, saunas, pools, restaurants, and terraces), support services, infrastructure works, and green areas, among others.

The investment oversight project consisted of reviewing the reasonableness of the hotel’s construction cost, based on documentation and construction drawings.
