The appraisal included:

• Five-star Hotel: “Marriott Vistas Los Sueños” with 212 rooms oceanfront, 18-hole golf course, beach club, sports center and 207-slip marina plus 500 luxury homes.

• Condominiums: Vista Bahía, Bay Residence, Vista del Sol Residencies, Vista del Sol Villas, Colina, Malibú, Riviera.

• Forested Area: (226,87 hectares of non-developable protected areas).

• PAD sites to develop (28.91 Hectares) residential lots (9,534 m²), villas and homes already built (2,127 m²), buildings in industrial zones (2,457,5 m²), Marina buildings (6,567.26 m²) and marina infrastructure.
