At the request of Erns & Young, an appraisal is made to determine the value of 67 parcels of agricultural land located in several counties of the Guanacaste province.
The appraisal is done under the approach of direct comparison to assign a certain value to the land and the replacement cost, like new, of the buildings and infrastructure.
Additionally, the value of all existing buildings, roads, electrical and irrigation systems in all the farms, is included.
The appraised land has a total area of 10,587 Hectares.
