“Eco Desarrollo y Marina Papagayo”
The appraisal of the development was done under the methodology of building replacement cost and market value to appraise the land of “Eco Desaarrollo Papagayo Ltda”, the property of “Marina Papagayo Ltda” and “Grupo Istmo Papagayo Ltda”, in Guanacaste during 2017.
The appraisal included:
- Thirty-five lots segregated from the parent property, with a total area of 36 hectares.
- The Eco-Development includes: Main construction work, complementary structures and land with a total area of 324.7 Hectares.
- Four Seasons Papagayo Hotel and its complementary facilities with a total area of 3.5 Hectares.
- Twelve subsidiary land parcels with a total area of 1.21 Hectares.
- The residential complex “Condominio Club Residencial Istmo Papagayo Ltda”, (land and buildings) with a total area of 1.13 Hectares.
- The Dock “Marina Papagayo Ltda”, buildings and complementary facilities with a total area of 2.18 Hectares.
- Five properties outside the project, essential for its proper operation, all related to the project’s water supply. Total area: 70.7 Hectares.
