Construction audit work of a 6-tower apartment complex, 10 stories each, with a total of 228 residential units and a 4-star, 72-room hotel belonging to the Ramada Resorts brand.

On the first phase of the construction audit service, 6 towers of residential apartments were built. Financing through a Syndicated Loan between banks BCT and CITI (former Banco Cuscatlán).
