This project consisted of the construction of a 19-story building, comprising of 2 basement parking lots, 5 floors of parking spaces, 11 floors of office space and a roof terrace.

This project was supervised for “Banco de Costa Rica”, for their Department of Investment Fund for Real Estate Development. The construction area is 41,750 m², with an approximate cost of thirty-six million dollars.
