Appraisal of two land parcels with a total area of 276,952 m2, plus diverse buildings and common areas with a total area of 357,447 m2, including twelve buildings, multi-use facility, management offices, and 5 industrial warehouses.

The appraisal is done through the replacement costs and market value approach of two independent and commercial land parcels where the free-zone is located and it includes:

•  Two land parcels with a total area of 276,952 m².

• Main Buildings: Twelve finished buildings, one multi-use building, one management building, five office buildings industrial warehouse type, recreational area with a park and sports facilities, 4,256 parking spaces. Total area: 142,613.80 m².

• Common facilities such as parking lots, fences, air conditioning, and electrical backup systems, solar panels, security booths, and treatment plant among others with a total area of 214,832.59 m².
