Study of supply and demand of condominiums.

A Study is made to define the inventory of real estate projects, specifically condominiums.

This task is arranged for “Banco Nacional de Costa Rica”. The analysis contemplates the supply and demand of projects under the Condominium By- Laws.

This service is carried out for two different periods: 2006 and 2009.

 

Each study includes:

 

• The inventory of real estate projects.
• An estimate of the supply.
• An estimate of the takeover.
• The grading of the developments.
