Project management and integration is a consulting service which through a series of processes, tools and project management techniques, allow us to help our clients in identifying their needs, coordinate the design of the project, plan, control and assist in the bidding and contracting processes and to coordinate the construction focused on a successful result of the project and constantly watching over our client’s interests.
In project integration, the scope of the construction is divided according to the different specializations, and companies which specialize in each area, are contracted in order to guarantee the expected quality. The construction process is coordinated and is constantly controlled to evaluate the performance of the companies that participate in the overall execution of the project.
