National Stadium of Costa Rica. La Sabana.

The appraisal of the construction work and infrastructure is done for the National Stadium of Costa Rica at La Sabana in San José.

At the request of the Administration and Management Trust of the National Stadium, ICODER and “Banco Nacional de Costa Rica”, the appraisal of the construction work and infrastructure of the National Stadium is carried out with a total area of 34,120 m².

The appraisal consisted of determining the new Replacement Cost of the existing buildings (it doesn’t include the land value).

The main structure of the stadium is appraised, which encompasses the West, East, North and South sectors, the exterior work such as the parking area (open and roofed), vehicle circulation driveways, green areas, entrance booth, surrounding metal fence, pedestrian circulation sidewalks, exterior access stairways, and the esplanade located on the west side of the stadium.
