“Expreso Desamparados” Shopping Mall

The construction audit of this project included the construction of three buildings and adjoining infrastructure, with electro mechanic and telecommunication systems.

The construction audit services of this project also included the vehicle driveways and pedestrian circulation paths, parking lots, landscape, retaining walls and peripheral enclosures. Was carried out for the following buildings/ facilities:

• EPA Hardware Store (8,516 m²).
• WALMART Super Center (6,118 m²).
• Shopping Center with 76 commercial units and Food Court (9,387 m²).
• Two underground parking lots: one for 175 vehicles and the other for 265, besides the two external parking areas for 70 and 122 vehicles respectively.
